Key Responsibilities
- Create, optimize & scale Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
- Conduct audience research, retargeting, and competitor tracking
- Write ad copy & coordinate with designers for ad creatives
- Measure KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, engagement & conversions
- Build monthly paid ads reports with performance insights
- Run A/B testing for targeting, placements & creatives
- Implement pixel tracking & conversion events
- Analyze results & constantly improve cost efficiency
Skills Required
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager
- Strong analytical & data interpretation ability
- Knowledge of ad funnels & retargeting
- Experience running eCommerce or lead-gen campaigns
- Good understanding of creative psychology
